Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I sign my child up for just one or a few days?
We ask that children register for the entire camp. Don’t worry if they miss a day or two: our instructors will help your child stay on track and catch up on all the assignments. That way, no one misses out on the fun! 🎉

What language is spoken at camp?
The main language is Dutch. For English-speaking children, we use both Dutch and English and try to form groups based on age and language.

What about parking?
Free parking isavailable in front of the building, and there are usually plenty of open spots.

Does my child need to bring their own lunch and snack?
Yes! Give your child a fruit snack for between meals and a lunchbox for lunch. Don’t forget a water bottle, either.

My child is outside the recommended age range (6–12 years). Can they participate?
Our camps are designed for children ages 6–12. Younger children (ages 5 and up) may have difficulty with programming and working together. Older children (ages 13 and up) may find the program less challenging.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the camp will be refunded minus a €35 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp will not be refunded, unless a replacement participant is found. Transferring to another camp or receiving a credit voucher may be possible upon request.

My child has special needs (autism, ADHD, etc.). Can they participate?
Unfortunately, our instructors do not have specialized training for children with special needs. We recommend looking for an activity that is specifically designed for this purpose.

Do the kids go outside to play?
The kids stay indoors during camp. However, we do have 2–3 short “activity breaks” throughout the day to burn off energy, stretch, and have fun!

Can I stay in the building and work while my child is at camp?
Yes, parents can stay in the building and use the lounge and workspaces while their child is at camp.
