Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Can I register my child for one or several days?
Single days(€125 per day) are possible if spots are available. For 3 days, it is often more economical to book the whole camp (€375) directly. Registration for single days we open about a week before the camp.

What language is spoken during the camp?
The main language is Dutch. With English-speaking children, we use both Dutch and English and try to make groups by age and language.

How about parking?
Free parking is available in front of the building with usually plenty of free spots.

Should my child bring their own lunch and snack?
Yes, please provide a fruity snack for the snack time at 10:00 a.m. and a lunch for 12:00 p.m. Don't forget a water bottle as well.

My child is outside the recommended age range (6-12 years old). Can they participate?
Our camps are geared toward children ages 6-12. Younger children (ages 5 and up) may have difficulty with programming and collaboration. Older children (13+) may find the program less challenging.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 7 days prior to camp will be refunded minus a €35 administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days before camp will not be refunded unless a replacement participant is found. Transfer to another camp or a credit is negotiable if possible.

My child has special needs (autism, ADHD, etc.). Can it participate?
Unfortunately, our teachers do not have special training for children with special needs. We recommend finding an activity specifically designed for them.

Can I continue to work in the building during camp?
Yes, parents can stay in the building and use the lounge and work areas while their child is participating in camp.
