Basic-2 Robotics is for children ages 6-7 who previously took Basic-1 or already have experience with robotics. They build on what they already know and get to work on new projects and more challenging building and programming.
In this course, children continue building new robot models with the LEGO SPIKE Essential set. They deepen their knowledge of mechanics and repeat and strengthen their programming skills with more challenging tasks.
Robotics & Mechanics
Children learn more about how robots are built, what parts and sensors are used, and how everything works together in a functional system.
They explore mechanical principles such as forces, transmission, gears and belts, and apply them to their own designs.
Programming
The children program again with block-based code (LEGO SPIKE Essential), but with more emphasis on logic, repetition and sensor interaction.
They are building step-by-step more complex algorithms to make their robots move, react and solve problems.
Data
The 7 classes will take place on Saturdays in 2025: Aug. 30, 6, 13, 20, 27 September, 4 and 11 October.

Your child is also welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.

Cancellation policy and trial period
We work with a trial period of two weeks. If you cancel before the third lesson, we will refund the money for the remaining lessons within a few days. This way you don't run any risk if your child finds the activity too exciting.
Note: This trial period applies only to new students who have not yet taken classes with us. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before class via email or our contact form.
